If you feel exhausted or frustrated and know you’ve put your self-care on the back burner because you’re super busy and don’t think you have time…I have a few tips today that’ll help you out.

1. Take Small Breaks To Do Something You Enjoy
It may not seem like a lot of time but 5- 10 minutes of personal time doing something you enjoy can be the difference between an ok day and a great one.
2. Find Extra Time To Get More Sleep
Sleep has a huge impact on your mood, productivity and focus during the day. Even if it’s only an extra 15- to 30 minutes finding time to sneak in extra sleep’ll be worth it.
3. Create An At Home Spa Experience
When going to the spa or getting a massage is out of the question, the next best thing is creating your own spa at home. If you don’t have an extra 1 to 2 to really pamper yourself… then start out with taking 10 to 15 minutes and give yourself a facial.
Having “me” time is nothing to feel guilty or selfish about. It’s so important to recharge your battery so that you feel good about yourself and have even more to give.
